The Mission of the BPA is to promote the common good, general welfare and quality of land and water for the residents and landowners of the Bluff Point area in the Town of Jerusalem, New York. The goal of the organization is to support improvement in the environment, cost-of-ownership of property, quality of life for all residents, enforcement and improvement of laws, housing and commercial development, and communications within the community.
