Tom Close

Tom Close, Ex Officio

Tom and his wife Susan have owned their property on East Bluff Drive since 1978.  Tom was an engineer and Patent Attorney at Kodak where he retired in 2003 after 37 years to reside full time in Jerusalem.  He is currently the sole proprietor of Keuka Lutherie, where he makes and repairs stringed instruments in his home shop.  Tom is active in the Keuka Watershed Land Use Leadership Alliance; the Crooked Lake Fiddle Club; and is a Hunter Education Instructor.   



Rodgers Williams

Rodgers Williams, Treasurer

Rodge retired after 30 years with Corning Incorporated and World Kitchen in various financial management positions in 2002. After several moves with Corning, he and his wife Jan settled in Painted Post for 30 years where they raised their three children. They bought a cottage on West Bluff Drive in 2000 after many years of visiting friends and family on Keuka Lake. Their goal was to live full time at the lake which they accomplished in 2008.

In retirement Rodge has taught at Corning Community College and Keuka College, He is the financial manager for Hunt Country Vineyards, and has served on the Town of Jerusalem Zoning Board of Appeals since 2012.



Marcia English

Marcia English, Director

Born and raised in Corning, New York, with many summers at Keuka Lake. Married to David English, her husband�s Navy duty led them to California, then law school in Florida. They returned to Corning to raise their two children while enjoying summers here on the lake. They have a son in New Hampshire and a daughter and family, including a first grandson, in Charlotte, N.C. Marcia enjoyed a career in school counseling in the Corning area. They are now retired and living year-round on East Bluff Dr.



Wendy Disbrow

Wendy Disbrow, Director

Wendy Disbrow is a lifelong native of the area. She grew up on her family's farm on Italy Hill and then down in Guyanoga Valley. After graduating from Penn Yan Academy, Wendy obtained her nursing degree from FLCC. She and her husband George Disbrow, live on the original farm that George's father Pete, purchased in 1957 out on the end of the Bluff. They have three wonderful daughters Courtney, Elly, and Kate. They continue to produce grapes on the farm. Wendy worked at Soldiers and Sailors Hospital as a registered nurse and went from there to a private physician practice in Geneva. She worked for seventeen years at Interlakes Orthopaedics. While at Interlakes Orthopaedics she attended Keuka College's ASAP program, where she obtained her BA Degree in Organizational Management. She recently accepted a position as Chief Administrative Officer for FLH Medical PC. Wendy thoroughly enjoys life on the Bluff and the opportunities it affords for hiking, biking, kayaking, cross country skiing and just relaxing together.



Fred Geyer

Fred Geyer, Director

Fred and his wife have owned property on the bluff since 1992, where they currently reside full-time. Fred is a research physicist, a former corporate executive, and an entrepreneur -- a career which has taken him from Dallas to San Diego to New Haven. Today, Fred consults for high technology companies and business start-ups. Fred is active in the local community and serves on the board, and as vice president, of the Yates County chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
